Global Leadership: Ethical Considerations with Chris Blois-Brooke
29 February 2024, 6 pm-8 pm, ER157

Chris Blois-Brooke, Leadership Framework This session will explore the issues around engaging with local and global communities in our leadership pursuits -including: if we even should do so, why we do so, and how we might go about doing so in a sensitive manner. We will consider questions of ‘community’, ‘outsiders’, and 'otherness' in different socio-political contexts and how this should impact our leadership style and approach. We’ll problematise, and look at practical strategies for, identifying community needs and our possible leadership responses.
