NPIF PhD STUDENTSHIPS IN THE ARTS AND HUMANITIES

(NATIONAL PRODUCTIVITY INVESTMENT FUND)

Northern Bridge Doctoral Training Partnership and Northumbria-Sunderland Consortium in Art & Design

Durham University is pleased to announce 12 additional Northern Bridge PhD studentships across Newcastle University, Durham University, Queen's University Belfast, Northumbria University and University of Sunderland. These are to support research that is related to Design and The Creative Sector.

Application closing date

Deadline for submitting the studentship application is Friday 30th June 2017 at 5:00pm(UK time). See ‘How to apply’ for additional earlier deadlines for agreeing supervision and the research proposal.


Start date and duration

Research to commence 1st October 2017


There are two application routes:
1) the Supervisor-led route
2) the Applicant-led route.
