Congratulations Rosie!

The Department of Archaeology is absolutely delighted to announce that former student and post-doctoral researcher Dr Rosie Bishop has been made a permanent Associate Professor in Palaeobotany based in the Museum of Archaeology at the University of Stavanger in Norway. The position involves the analysis of archaeobotanical samples from the museum’s excavations, which date from the Mesolithic period to the medieval period, as well as undertaking her own research on Scotland and the wider North Atlantic region, and supervising PhD/Masters students. Congratulations Rosie!
