Biography

I received a BSc (Hons) in biology from the University of St Andrews in 2019, then an MSc by Research in palaeontology and geobiology with distinction from the University of Edinburgh in 2020, studying the anatomy of the Paleocene mammal Goniacodon. I am now undertaking a second MRes at Durham studying ecomorphology of Pleistocene bovids, particularly Rusingoryx. This project uses 3D geometric morphometrics to analyse the distal part of the bovid humerus as an ecological proxy.

In addition, I have ongoing collaborations working on flight in bat-winged dinosaurs, evolution of bats, and evolution of the postorbital region in terrestrial vertebrates.
