Undergraduate Study

The Department offers two single honours BA programmes in Criminology and Sociology, as well as a Joint Honours Programme in Anthropology and Sociology.

We also contribute a Sociology route to the BA Education Studies led by the School of Education and students on the BA Combined Honours Social Sciences Programme can take modules in Criminology or Sociology as part of a broader social science curriculum.

A Global Outlook

We embed international and intercultural experiences in our programmes. Our students have a range of opportunities to gain international experience abroad. We also welcome students from other universities to study with us on exchange or Study Abroad programmes.
