+I'm a Level 3 student and one or two of my module marks were below the pass mark. Why I have not been given the opportunity to resit these?

There are no resits at Level 3 (or Level 4). The university regulations allow a certain amount of module failure to be “compensated”. So, even if one or two of your Level 3 module marks are below 40, if they are at least 30 then it is likely that they will have been compensated, and in this case the regulations still allow you to be awarded an Honours degree. More information about the rules is available via the links at https://www.dur.ac.uk/physics/students/faqs/?faqno=1295
