Italian Writers Day: Daniele Benati and Paolo Nori

19th June 2009, 10:45, ER141, Durham University

Two Italian contemporary writers have accepted our invitation and will be giving readings in Durham. The Department of Italian is delighted to announce a one-day event with the participation of authors Paolo Nori (also translator from Russian) and Daniele Benati (currently at Budapest University). They are presenting their book Baltica 9: Guida ai misteri dell’oriente (Baltic 9 Guide to the mysteries of the Orient). Speakers of Russian and French are also welcome for the question and answer session that follows.
