Professor Kate O'Regan is a leading expert in international human rights law, current director of the Bonavero Institute of Human Rights at the University of Oxford and former judge at the South African Constitutional Court (1994-2009). We are delighted to welcome her to Durham to deliver this year's Human Rights' Centre lecture, entitled 'Challenges for human rights posed by the Brave New Digital World'. All welcome.
