International Private Law Consortium

Durham Law School Institute for Commercial and Corporate Law is delighted to become a member of the International Private Law Consortium. The Consortium links centres and groups for commercial and private law research at leading international law schools around the world with the primary goal of facilitating exchange of ideas and criticisms in the area of private and commercial law. It aims to create and maintain a scholarly community committed to the study of private law and to strengthen the ties between member schools. Its members are Bar Ilan University Faculty of Law, Vanderbilt University Law School, University of Pennsylvania Law School, Trento University Faculty of Law, Durham Law School, Erasmus Law School and the National University of Singapore.
It will hold its first meeting at Bar Ilan University in Tel Aviv on 3-4 June 2019.
