Hung Parliament? Hung Environment?

Lord David Puttnam, Oscar winning film producer and Labour peer, will lecture on what he believes the new government needs to do to address the crucial issue of climate change.

This public lecture will be followed by a question and answer session.

An exhibition of organisations and groups involved with climate change, has been arranged by the University Environment Office. This will take place in the Café at the Calman Learning Centre and will be available to view from 4pm onwards. Exhibitors will include:

- Sustainable Living Action Group,
- Durham Energy Institute,
- Biodiversity Group,
- Livingstreets,
- Durham County Council Travel and Waste.

The Café will be open for refreshments.
