Required Learning Policy
The Required Learning Policy was approved by UEC in October 2020 and replaces the previously named “mandatory training policy.” With the implementation of Oracle Learning Cloud we are now able to introduce a consistent required learning programme for staff and introduce formalised requirements for refresher learning for some courses. The first required learning programme to go live in January 2021 will be the EDI e-learning course and colleagues will have 2 years to complete this course. Further required learning courses will be added to the Oracle Learn e-learning catalogue as part of the roll out of system during 2021.
