Grievance Regulations

The following regulations and procedures relate to Grievance matters.

Part 1 applies to All Staff.

Part 2 applies to Staff in Grades 6 to 10

Part 3 applies to Staff in Grades 1 to 5

If a resolution cannot be agreed by informal means, the member of staff should put the complaint in writing to the HR Director using the Grievance form.
