Your line manager will support individuals and the team through change by providing updates, ensuring appropriate communication, asking for feedback and answering queries.
If they are unable to provide an answer they will raise the query with the appropriate person in the University.
The University's Organisation Development Team

Our occupational health team, following a management referral, can provide individual support to all staff members to promote postive health and wellbeing during periods of change at work.
