Leading with a shared understanding, and indeed language to articulate how we approach and look to embed People Change, will help to ensure the intended benefits can be truly realised.
Through an Organisation Development (OD) diagnostic, the people involved and connected to People Change are placed at the heart of the activity.

The role of your managers is key to this experience and role modelling a positive reboarding experience will ensure a sound foundation from which you can all build.
What is Reboarding?
The focus and benefits realised in taking time and effort to successfully ‘onboard’ new members of your team, through induction and probation development, is widely accepted. The concept of ‘reboarding’, following a significant restructure or People Change, can help to re-establish connections, support the embedding process and significantly increase the successful outcomes for your team through a structured discussion approach.
