Experiencing People Change

We want to make sure you are supported through these times of change, and we want to help you to engage with the new work requirements.

In doing so we are keen to make sure we celebrate what has gone before and help you to embrace the future positively.

We recognise that for some the People Change may present an opportunity, while for others it could be more challenging.

The following information, development opportunities and tools have been assembled with the potentially contrasting experiences in mind. We are confident they will prove to be beneficial as you face the restructuring process, and reboarding experience.

What is Reboarding?

The focus and benefits realised in taking time and effort to successfully ‘onboard’ new people, through induction and probation development, is widely accepted. The concept of ‘reboarding’, following a significant restructure or People Change, can help to re-establish connections, support the embedding process and significantly increase the successful outcomes for you through a structured discussion approach.
