Change Implementation

Well planned communications inform people of the change journey, encourage participation in change, and help embed and improve beyond implementation. You should aim to consistently ensure that people are fully aware of why the change is happening, and what it actually means for the people concerned.

Please note, if you are implementing a change that involves a staffing restructure then please refer to the Change Implementation Flow Chart and engage the support of your UEC Lead and HR Business Partner.
