Instant Recognition Options for All Staff
These instant recognition options are available for all staff to use and provide you with the tools to recognise the input of individual colleagues and teams. They are designed to be quick and straightforward, encouraging a culture of recognition within the University.
Send a Recognition E-Card via Email
Our brand-new suite of e-cards are available for all staff members to send to any colleague or team within the University in appreciation of the contribution they have made. The process is quick and simple:
- Select the desired image from the options below
- Download the pdf to your device
- If you so wish, amend the title of the pdf to something more personal e.g. 'Thank You Joe'
- Attach the pdf to a new email
- Add a personalised message to the colleague or team, describing their contribution and linking this message to the selected University value where these designs are chosen
- If you wish for the message to be considered for the recognition hall of fame, copy in reward.team@durham.ac.uk (the Reward team will then follow up with the colleague/team to gain their consent)
- Send your message of recognition to the colleague or team
Send Recognition via Microsoft Teams
