Welcome to MyDurham!
MyDurham is the central hub from which eligible staff can access a range of employee benefits including corporate and local discounts and our Cycle to Work scheme. There are hundreds of offers available including discounts for supermarkets, holidays and travel, and high street retailers. MyDurham is run in conjunction with our partner Sodexo Motivation Solutions Ltd.

Spree Cashback Card Special Offer
With the Spree Cashback Card, you can earn cashback on your everyday purchases. Spree Cards are prepaid Visa cards that automatically earn you cashback when you spend at partner retailers including ASDA, Sainsbury's, Argos and M&S. You can purchase a Spree Card for £2.99 (usually £9.99) until 5th February 2021.
For those with a MyDurham account, log in to the platform and select 'Spree Cashback Card' under the 'Ways To Save' heading or simply search for 'Spree' in the search box. In order to enhance the security of MyDurham, Sodexo is introducing two-factor authentication to the log in process for our employee benefits platform from w/c 24th August 2020. Those with a MyDurham account will need to set up this authentication when prompted, you can find further information on how to complete this process here and FAQs regarding two-factor authentication here.
It's really easy to register for MyDurham. Simply email firstname.lastname@example.org to check your eligibility and request an account.
If you are eligible, the HR Reward team will provide Sodexo with your first name, last name and email address to get an account set up. You will then be provided with your registration details by email, normally within 5 working days.
All employees are able to access MyDurham. Unfortunately, casual or uncontracted staff are not able to access the platform.
If you have already registered for MyDurham, you can follow this link to log into the platform.
Please note that accounts which have not been used for some time will likely have been disabled by our provider due to inactivity. Accounts requests prior to February 2019 will also have been disabled due to an account reconfiguration which took place at this time. If you are either unable to log in using the link above or you are unsure as to when you requested your account, please email us on email@example.com so that we can check our records and either reactivate your account or set you up with a new account.
