DEI Research generator lunch - GCRF Sustainable energy and international development: beyond technology

14th February 2019, 13:00 to 14:00, Birley Room, Hatfield College, Dr Kirsten Jenkins

DEI is hosting a research generator lunch to explore ideas and interest in developing a multi-disciplinary GCRF bid for the upcoming call which is expected in April.

We encourage anyone who is interested in getting involved in an energy focused GCRF bid to attend from the social sciences, sciences and humanities.

We will have a quick briefing on what we know about the upcoming call ‘GCRF Sustainable energy and international development: beyond technology’. We will then have an open discussion identifying the different interests of participants and exploring potential focuses for the bid.

Food will be available for those who register in advance.

If you would like to attend the event please contact so that we can plan catering numbers.

Preceding the lunch, you are welcome to attend a guest seminar presented by DEI Associate Fellow Kirsten Jenkins, from Brighton University, on the theme of Energy Justice. Both events will be held at the Birley Room at Hatfield College. If you would like to attend the seminar, please register your attendance with
