Fuelling your Future: your chance to find out about Durham's Masters Programme in Energy and Society

3rd December 2015, 12:00 to 13:30, Anne Galbraith Boardroom, Palatine Centre, Durham University, Prof Sandra Bell & Dr Smione Abram

You are invited to join our current students at a round table event to meet Luke Garrett, a former graduate of the programme, who now works as a researcher with National Energy Action. We will also be introducing the real life research projects that students will undertake next term on one of the programme's compulsory modules.

Each year students get to work in teams to investigate a problem that a local organisation or company wants answered. This is in addition to research on individual dissertations.

There will also be a brief outline of the degree content, by Dr Simone Abram and a chance to chat to current students.

Come along to enjoy coffee and snacks at this informal event and learn about this innovative, interdisciplinary Masters degree leading to jobs and research opportunities in a growing and increasingly diverse sector.

More information on the course can be found here.
