Matthew Gordon

Matthew has been involved in controlling energy for many years, focussing mainly on efficiency and flexibility in UK, Europe and further afield, in buildings, industrial process and domestic energy use. In September 2015 appointed to be the administrator of the All-Party Parliamentary Group for Energy Studies and has managed PGES through some turbulent political times.

Matthew studied at Kingston Polytechnic (now University) for an Honours Degree in Civil Engineering. He is a Freeman of the City of London and Court Assistant in the Worshipful Company of Fuellers.

In his spare time, Matthew is a rower, skiffer and punter - still racing in punts - this focusses both mind and body on energy efficiency in a different form.
