** Information with regards to Coronavirus (COVID-19)**
Durham University are actively monitoring the situation with regards to the outbreak of Coronavirus; the latest University guidance can be found here. The University’s Executive Committee have stated that all teaching after the Easter vacation will be delivered online until the end of Easter term on 26 June. Students will not be returning to the University for Easter term and all education will be delivered remotely. Therefore, we are currently not taking bookings for on-campus recruitment or promotional activity for the rest of the academic year. We will continue to take provisional bookings for events planned for the autumn term and we encourage employers to offer virtual events where possible which we can advertise to our students.
Durham University is one of the most targeted universities by graduate employers, with over 100 organisations choosing to host an employer event on site every year. Employer events are a great way to raise your profile, engage with our students and attract the very best talent to your organisation.
Lunchtime and evening events run throughout the year, but our busiest and most popular time is during the Autumn term (Michaelmas). Events can take the form of a traditional presentation, an informal cafe pop-up, or larger-scale promotional activity in areas of high student footfall. Whatever your needs and objectives, we'd be delighted to welcome you to Durham and help you to make your event a success.
