Exciting results of clinical trial related to En'light'en

(4 September 2017)

First FDA-approved independent clinical trial showing positive cognitive effects of photobiomodulation using 1068-1072 nm NIR light on human dementia cases published based on the preclinical work in 2013 carried out by Dr Paul Chazot's laboratory in Biosciences. A Larger cohort trial is ongoing in the US to be reported next year. This work was supported by both the Biophysical Science Institute and Wolfson Research Institute for Health and Wellbeing.
