The Ninth Death Dying and Disposal Conference (DDD9) will be held at Durham University from September 9th-12th 2009 under the auspices of the University's Centre for Death and Life Studies (Director Prof. Douglas Davies) www.dur.ac.uk/cdals and the University's Institute for Advanced Studies. This international conference, held every two years since 1993, will continue to bring together academics and practitioners from many of the Arts-Humanities, Social-Sciences and Medicine-Palliative Care fields.
