Castle Theatre Company presents William Shakespeare's 'A Midsummer Night's Dream' in the grounds of Durham Castle.In a summer where we embrace the spirit of Britain, what better way to treat yourself than with this traditional British comedy in a beautifully natural outdoor setting, brimming with love, laughter and enchantment ever-after. So bring along a picnic and enjoy the merriment of midsummer!

Celebrating all things magical, CTC’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream will transport you from this world to one of woodland fairies, theatrical endeavours, and four young people who are desperately fighting what life (and roguish pixies) throw at them in a search for their soul-mates.

Wednesday 13th June, Matinee 2:30pm
Thursday 14th June, Matinee 2:30pm
Saturday 16th June, Matinee 2:30pm and evening performance 7pm
