A very popular mind and body class focusing on improving posture, core stability and developing balance and strength. Deceptively challenging using both standing and mat exercises.
Classes are open to members of the public as well as University staff and students.

Classes in the aerobics studio, which are led by specialist instructors, start week Wednesday 11th January, with a range of class types available at different times throughout the day. Classes are designed to suit all abilities from beginner up to advanced level and include Pilates, Step, Zumba, Circuit Training, Body Tone, Core Stability and Boxercise. Early booking is advised to make sure you guarantee a space. Classes cost just £2.50 for Fitness Suite members or £3.50 for non-members.
There are 4 Virtual X-biking sessions every day in the week and 2 classes a day at weekends, but with limited availability you have to book early to secure your seat. Virtual X-biking classes have started already! Virtual X-biking costs just £2 for each 35-40 minute session for Fitness Suite members and £3 for non-Fitness Suite members.
We are also launching with a special offer: every 10 classes you completed, get 1 completely free! Record your progress by getting your Personal Tracker card signed and when the card is full, trade it in for a free class of your choice.
