About me

I obtained degrees (PG Dip, MPhil, MSc, BSc) in psychology. I worked in different mental health services both in the UK and abroad with a range of culturally diverse clients groups for more than 12 years.

Having degrees in psychology and coming across culturally diverse population with a range of mental health issues and problems my interest grew to understand and discover the ultimate need and purpose of human life. My encounter with a Christiian faith community in 2012 helped me develop my interest further, ‘Human Transendence’ in particular and motivated me to explore Spirituality, Mental Health and Well-being. I then wanted to discover relationship between human cognition and spirituality and wondered whether this relationship could be used as a holistic model to understand better about ‘Human Transcendence’ as well as mental health and well-being. This led me study further about spirituality and well-being.
