Personal Details Changes
You can view your details by logging in to duo and clicking on the Registration and Enrolment pages in Banner Self Service. Please see the processes below if any details need to be amended.
Registered students can make changes to their address details via the enrolment pages on duo. Alternatively, please email email@example.com with your new details and state which address you wish to have updated (e.g. permanent, term time, emergency, or parchment)
If you require your name details to be amended on your student record, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with proof of your new details e.g. passport, driving licence, marriage certificate or change of name deed poll. Please contact the IT service desk to have your email address amended and campus card reissued once your student record has been updated.
If your nationality has changed or the data we hold needs correcting while studying and you wish for this to be updated on your record, please email a copy of your passport to email@example.com
