Biography

I am an ESRC funded PhD student in the Department of Psychology. My research focuses on how gesture affects language development in infants, with the aim of facilitating word learning and avoiding language delay.

I also completed my Masters in Research Methods (Developmental Psychology) at Durham University, where my research investigated the cross-linguistic and specific effects of gesture on early word learning.
