Cuth's Week Writing Competition 2020
Our Cuth’s Week Writing Competition attracted over 30 entries, prose and verse, fiction and non-fiction, narrative and drama; a suggested topic was ‘The Future’, but students were free to write on anything they chose. The judges were Ted Gup, award-winning journalist and former writer in residence at Cuth’s; and Cressida Peever, alumna, playwright, and our first Alumni Relations Officer. They shortlisted five entries which you can read here. The winner was Kate Blakely for her short story ‘At Mullaghmore’.
