At St Aidan's, our students come from varied backgrounds from all over the globe and we aim to create an integrated community that respects cultural differences. We're confident that you'll find others with similar interests who will enable you to enrich yourself during your time at St Aidan's.
We're one of the larger colleges with approximately 1000 members, of whom about 750 are undergraduates. Academic results are of a high standard with, in recent years, over 75% of students graduating with either an upper second class or first class degree. We pride ourselves on being friendly and unassuming, encouraging our students to develop themselves as fully as possible, as well as helping others.
"I really liked the College's location and facilities, there's loads of space to chill out and we have great views of Durham. College events are a good way to get to know people without feeling too overwhelmed, especially during Freshers' Week, and they're so much fun. The whole college experience has been great. It really helped me to settle in and make friends quickly."
