Our Pain Academy wins Highly Commended at the HSJ Patient Safety Awards

The team were awarded Highly commended in the category of "Best use of Integrated care and Partnership: Developed and research based"

The team, comprising Live Well with Pain, Wolfson Research Institute for Health and Wellbeing Pain Challenge Academy, University of Durham, in combination with Joined Up Care [Derbyshire, Health Innovation East Midland, St George's University Hospital & United Hospitals Birmingham won highly commended for "More Self-Care Skills, Fewer Opioids: Live Well with Chronic Pain".
