Durham University's Institute of Hazard, Risk and Resilience (IHRR) Director Bruce Malamud contributes to a three-day workshop for the Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) on mutli-hazards.

Bruce Malamud, IHRR Director, contributed a session for a three-day workshop to over a dozen infrastructure and urban advisors in the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO). Mark Harvey, Head of Profession (Infrastructure & Urban cadre) and Senior Infrastructure Adviser organised the workshop.

Bruce contributed a talk and discussion on multi-hazard interrelationships, multi-hazard dynamic risk scenarios, some fundamentals of hazards and risk, and secondary sources of data for natural hazards.
