Visiting Natural Sciences

Pre-application: Potential students are strongly encouraged to engage in University organized events to experience the full facilities offered by the departments, colleges and central services. Details of these can be found at Visit Us page and via the BSc or MSci pages. Please do not contact Natural Sciences about making bookings as the only advice we have is to follow one of the links above and potential applicants are stongly encouraged to attend these. The open days are on 1/7/19, 6/7/19, 20/9/19 and 21/9/19 and interested parties must wait until their booking is made before making any arrangements.

Informal: Natural Sciences is not a Department in the normal sense, it is a degree managed by the Director of Natural Sciences. All of the Department facilities that you might want to visit in the Faculty of Science and beyond are sited in the Departments, therefore we strongly encourage potential applicant to come to either a pre- or post-offer event. However, if you are keen to make your own arrangements then go to the Visit Us page. You may find it useful to know that the Directors office is CG309, play this video to find out its location.

Post-offer: All applicants that receive an offer are invited to attend a Post-Offer Visit Day to visit their College and Department(s). The Post-Offer Open Days for those candidates who have applied through UCAS in the 2018-2019 cycle, will be held on 20th February 2019, 26th and 27th March 2019. These are University Wide events and details are sent with the offer letter from the College. There will also be briefings for parents and guardians providing information on the student experience, our college system and student finance with opportunities to ask questions on a one-to-one basis. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any queries that need resolving.

Disabled Access: DisabledGo provides details about accessing the University and Natural Sciences that is situated within the Chemistry Department.
