Frequently Asked Questions

Are there compulsory modules or modules just for Natural Sciences?

There is no single module that each Natural Sciences student must take. However, for a student taking a particular subject there will be foundation modules that are required in order that students provide a pathway through those subjects. Details on what the pathways entail for current students can be found by following the relevant subject link and searching for "Requirements for Joint Honours" and "Advice for progression and other aspects".

There are no modules just for Natural Scientist. Each module that students take is self-contained and delivered by a Department. It is most likely that each module will have pre-requisites and possibly co-requisites, so it is important that students receive and seek appropriate advice and guidance in a timely fashion.
