The Association Winter Dinner - Friday, 12 January 2018
The Association Winter Dinner will be held in College on Friday, 12 January 2018. Places may be reserved at a cost of £35.00 per person (including a drinks' reception which will be served before the meal). Wine may be purchased on the evening at reasonable prices. Guests are very welcome. Dress code is lounge suit.
Please use the on-line booking form below to make your reservation (s); it would greatly assist our arrangements if you could meet the deadline of Friday, 8 December 2017.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer accommodation in College on this occasion, but accommodation may be available in other colleges; for further information please contact Event Durham or Tel: 0191 334 2887.
There is limited car parking in College; this is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. If, however, you have disabled parking requirements please do let us know.

Crisp belly port with soused apple and a kohlrabi and micro celery salad

Hatfield Association Winter Dinner Booking Form - Friday 12 January 2018
Information provided on this form will be used by Hatfield College, Durham University, for the purpose of administering bookings for the Hatfield Association Winter Dinner in College, and will be managed in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
Chapel Choir Reunion - 17/18 February 2018
The reunion will be an opportunity to meet friends and singers from the Choir, past and present, as well as perform in one of the finest religious buildings in the country: the weekend will culminate in Matins and Eucharist in Durham Cathedral.
The format of the weekend is as follows:
Saturday, 17 February
|2.00pm||Welcome and rehearsal in Chapel|
|6.00pm||Rehearsal in the Cathedral|
|7.30pm||Black Tie dinner in the Dining Hall (dinner begins at 7.30pm!)|
Sunday, 18 February
|9.00am||Rehearsal in Durham Cathedral|
|10.00am||Matins in Durham Cathedral|
|11.15am||Eucharist in Durham Cathedral|

The black tie dinner will be held on the Saturday evening in College. Partners are very welcome indeed, both at the dinner and in the congregations, and the cost per person for the dinner is £25.00. Wine and soft drinks will be available for purchase in the Bar prior to the meal. Bookings may be made online here.
Unfortunately, College is unable to set aside accommodation for this event, however rooms may be available in other colleges through 'Event Durham'; bookings may be made either by telephone at 0800 28 99 70 or by email at email@example.com. Alternatives include a Premier Inn (10 minutes’ walk from Hatfield – located behind the Gala Theatre), The Radisson (ten minutes’ walk from Hatfield) or Travelodge (about 15 minutes’ walk).
