MESSAGE FROM PATRICK SALAUN, PRESIDENT OF THE HATFIELD ASSOCIATION
One of the aims of the Hatfield Association is to 'further the education interests' of the College. In recent discussions, including the Senior Common Room, on how this might be translated into action, the idea of 'Mentoring' has emerged. The aim is to give current students the opportunity to discuss with alumni, how their careers have developed since they left Hatfield.
Current Hatfielders have encouraged the idea and we have established an initial group of mentors who are willing to help in the development of Hatfield's Lions' Network. We are keen to involve a wide age group of mentors because recent experience in finding jobs in current 'markets' is as relevant as long-term career development.
If you would like to become a ‘Hatfield Lion', please complete and submit the form below.
If you want to know more about the scheme before making your decision, please don't hesitate to contact us. Alternatively, if you feel you are unable to participate at the present time, we would still be interested in any suggestions you may have on how to develop the scheme.
