New Students' Information
Accommodation in college is provided for all new Undergraduate students who have a confirmed place here. There is no formal application process as we always assume our incoming first-years want to live in college-managed accommodation unless they tell us otherwise. Consequently, we usually wait until August, once the results are released, to allocate accommodation on a random basis.
You will be sent a College Induction Pack once the 'A' Level' results have been released in August. There will be a number of forms to complete (paper based and online). We also request 4 passport photogaphs, it is important that you complete and return the requested information to us by the deadline of Wednesday 5th September 2018. At this point you will be able to inform us of preference for a particular room type/letting period.
If you have recently changed your address, or have been using a school address as your permanent address, please inform UCAS and the College of your new permanent address. The University will also contact you in mid/late August via email, using the email address given on your UCAS form. Similarly If your email address changes, please ensure that you amend this on the UCAS system as well as informing College. It is imperative that this information is up-to-date.
New first year students are invited into residence on Saturday 29 September 2018 between 9.00 am and 4.30 pm. You will be given an allocated arrival slot via your Induction Pack.
