Bookings, to be charged via termly battels, for a servery lunch and evening meal must be received by 10.00am the same day at the latest. If you wish to go through the servery at the weekend, you should book by 10 am on the Friday.
Bookings for Full Hall Formals, SCR High Table Formals and Sunday Dinners after talks should be booked as early as possible to avoid disappointment, but in any case by 12 noon on the Wednesday prior to the formal/dinner: the date will always be given in the almanac.
Block bookings; for example, if you wished to book in for Lunch every Thursday during Term-Time can be made by emailing Reception: firstname.lastname@example.org
Cancellations or amendments to your booking should be sent via email to: email@example.com
This field will be used for invoicing purposes, please select the capacity in which you are booking into High Table.
Please give a description, and details of who to invoice for your meal - this must be agreed with the College and the Department prior to booking.
For example: Departmental Visitor - IPPP Physics to be billed

'Early Dinner' is available on Formal/SCR High Table Formal nights only
'Formal' should be selected if you are attending a full Hall Formal with dinner that commences at 7.15 pm
'SCR High Table Formal' Should be selected if you are attending an SCR only event at 6.30, or the termly Guest Night
Brunch is served between 11 - 13.30 on a weekend.
Sunday Lunch will be available the Sundays that SCR Talks are taking place.
Wine is provided at Formal Dinners and Sunday Lunches; if any in your party would not like wine, please indicated how many people would NOT like wine.
Please note if you book in guests you will be billed for them automatically
If you are booking in as a College Mentor please just enter the number of 'Liver's in' and 'Liver's out' i.e. 1 Liver in, 3 Livers out
How many vegetarians are there in your group?
For example: Vegan/Allergy/Gluton Free/Multiple dietary requirements.
