The AGM will take place in the Joachim Room at the College of St Hild and St Bede. When entering the college site from St Hild's Lane, please bear left towards the Victorian-era building overlooking the lawn, following signs for the Reception. The Joaquim Room is located beyond the Reception in a converted chapel and is clearly signposted. A site map of the college can be downloaded here.
