How can I collect business critical post during Covid-19?
Anyone needing to collect business critical post must have approval from their Head of Department (email confirming this to be sent to their respective Estates and Facilities Relationship Manager). Staff must contact the post room on email@example.com or 46390 in advance to agree a date / time. The post room will advise the procedure which will include production of a valid campus card. On entering the campus staff must report to security and then proceed to the post room external collection door, staff must not enter the Mountjoy building.
