Luna Dolezal

Luna Dolezal is an Irish Research Council ELEVATE Postdoctoral Fellow, co-funded by Marie Curie Actions. She is based in the Department of Philosophy, Durham University, and the Trinity Long Room Hub, Trinity College Dublin. Her research is primarily in the areas of embodiment theory, medical humanities, feminist philosophy and phenomenology. Her writing has been published in academic journals such as Hypatia, Sartre Studies International, Literature and Medicine and Human Technology. She has recently completed a monograph entitled The Body and Shame: Phenomenology, Feminism and the Socially Shaped Body.
