Microsoft Office suite of applications for Windows is installed on MDS (for staff) and the Managed Desktop for student and teaching computers. The majority of MDS computers currently use Office 2010, although some staff do use Office 2013. The Managed Desktop on student and teaching computers uses Office 2016.
There are a number of applications within Office. The versions of the applications listed below are currently supported by CIS.
Microsoft have produced Interactive Command Reference Guides which will help you to find Office commands in Office 2010, the functionality in Office 2013 is almost identical to Office 2010.
Online training for Office applications is available via the URL below. The courses are free of charge and each course takes an average of 30 minutes to complete.
