An XRadia/Zeiss VersaXRM 410 providing 1 micron resolution x-ray tomography is available in the Department of Engineering (E267 Higginson).

The principal scientific features of interest to the users of the machine are:

• Up to 0.9 micron resolution (depending on sample size)
• Maximum sample mass 15kg
• Maximum sample size 300mm

The instrument is configured to allow the installation of additional environments or sample cells. 

This facility is available to external (both commercial and non-profit) users.
