What's in the Fairtrade Cake?

The Catering department baked a delicious and very attractive Greenspace Fairtrade Fortnight cake for the Vice-Chancellor and the Green Dean. University members could guess the Fairtrade ingredients in the cake to be entered into a prize draw to win some Fairtrade goodies (please note this competition has now closed).

The Fairtrade cake contained Fairtrade vanilla, Fairtrade sugar, Fairtrade chocolate, Fairtrade honey and Fairtrade cocoa powder. Additional ingredients included eggs, fondant icing, flour and a touch of cream.
