- Junior Common Room: Adjacent to the Main Hall with a 10.4 x 3.6m raised dais, it is suitable for entertainment. Available in vacations only.
- Lakeside Room: A small meeting or board room, most suitable for use as a dining room.
- Library: Suitable for group discussion seminars and boardroom meetings. Available in vacations only.
- Combination Room: Suitable for group discussions, seminars and boardroom meetings.

- Kent Room: This is the reference room of the library and is ideal for small seminar groups. Available in vacations only.
- Ustinov Room: A large room on the Main Reception level, ideal as a main function room.

- Main Hall/Dining Room: This room has a 4.9 x 13.1m raised dais and a P.A. system. Screening is also available. It will seat 350 for banquets and is suitable for all types of entertainment. Available in vacations only.

All rooms may be set out in the style of a lecture theatre, boardroom or classroom with normal visual aids. The Ustinov Room and Combination Room are available all year. Other main building rooms are available during vacation only.
