B.Sc. Joint Honours for 2008, 2009 and 2010 entry

The decision as to whether you will follow a Joint Honours Degree in two subjects or a Natural Sciences degree in more than two subjects is normally taken at the end of the first year of study. All students intending to apply for a Joint Honours Degree apply for Natural Sciences (code CFG0). With a Joint Honours Degree, you study the same two subjects in all three years, but you are allowed to study other subjects as well in your first year, if they can be fitted in your timetable. You can vary the balance between the two subjects in all years assuming the timetable will allow it, but you can never take more than 4 modules in one subject and not less than 2 modules in the other subject.
The degree title is :
B.Sc. in A and B within the Natural Sciences programme
where A and B are the two subjects studied.
