Silvercloud offers modules on general wellbeing and health and modules focused on particular mental health issues.
As staff members, all of the modules are available to you to access via any of your devices and to work through in your own time. The Mental Health suite of modules is designed for individuals experiencing difficulties in these domains. The local NHS psychological therapy service Talking Changes also offers these modules as a first intervention.
Please consider a referral to Occupational Health through your line manager if you have mental health difficulties that impact your ability to conduct your work. The Mental Health modules can also be offered in a ‘supported way’; a psychological wellbeing practitioner can log in to your progress each week and offer encouragement and additional support. Contact Occupational Health if this would be helpful for you.
