About us

Durham University has 17 very diverse and distinctive colleges; even so, at Van Mildert we consider ourselves exceptional. Our College occupies a unique lakeside setting on the hill, with a range of great facilities and friendly support staff.

  • Junior Common Room

    The Junior Common Room is at the heart of college life, representing all undergraduate students (studying for three - or four-year degrees) at Van Mildert College who opt to be members.

    Within the College, the Student Support Team is available in the Principal's Office to help with a wide range of matters and concerns.
