If you are thinking about applying to Durham University, the best way to explore the wealth of opportunities on offer is to come and visit us.
Open Days and campus tours provide the perfect way to
experience Durham University, and to see for yourself what we
offer and to be inspired by our academic departments, colleges and student facilities. You can chat to current students and get a feel for what life could be like for you once you become a student at Durham University.
We host a number of campus-wide open days and visit options at both Durham City and Queen’s Campus Stockton throughout the year:
International student visits
Our international office staff are happy to arrange individual visits for international students and their families throughout the year (except August).
We can organise campus tours, department visits (subject to availability) and time with a member of staff to discuss your application.
We require a minimum of seven working days' notice to organise these visits. To request a visit click here.
UCAS Education Conventions
You can meet Durham University representatives at one of the many 2016 UCAS conventions. Our advisors will be available to answer your questions and queries, and provide you with relevant information and guidance on applying to study at Durham University.

I love the fact that Durham City is small enough for me to walk wherever I need. It's a gorgeous place to live and the scenery never fails to brighten my day.Maroshini Krishna Morgan, Law student
One of the first things you notice about Queen's Campus is the warm welcoming sense of community. The whole place has a genuinely friendly feel, and because the Campus is reasonably small, you can get to know everyone.Charles Mott, Stephenson College
